SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MCM10 (minichromosome maintenance 10 replication initiation factor, also called HsMCM10) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MCM10 qPCR Primer Set – minichromosome maintenance 10 replication initiation factor
Also known as: CNA43, DNA43, IMD80, PRO2249
About this gene: The MCM10 protein is one of the highly conserved mini-chromosome maintenance proteins that are involved in the initiation of eukaryotic genome replication. The hexameric protein complex formed by MCM proteins is a key component of the pre-replication complex and it may be involved in the formation of replication forks and in the recruitment of other DNA replication related proteins. The MCM10 protein can interact with MCM2 and MCM6, as well as with the origin recognition protein ORC2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55388; HGNC ID: HGNC:18043; UniProt: Q7L590; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018518.5; Chromosome location: 10p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
