Product Description

SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ODAD2 (outer dynein arm docking complex subunit 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.

Human ODAD2 qPCR Primer Set – outer dynein arm docking complex subunit 2

Also known as: ARMC4, CILD23, gudu

About this gene: The ODAD2 protein contains ten Armadillo repeat motifs and one HEAT repeat, and is believed to be involved in ciliary and flagellar movement. The ODAD2 protein is reported to localize to the ciliary axonemes and at the ciliary base of respiratory cells. Studies indicate that mutations in ODAD2 cause partial outer dynein arm defects in respiratory cilia.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55130; HGNC ID: HGNC:25583; UniProt: Q5T2S8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018076.5; Chromosome location: 10p12.1

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
