SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MBIP (MAP3K12 binding inhibitory protein 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MBIP qPCR Primer Set – MAP3K12 binding inhibitory protein 1
About this gene: MBIP enables identical protein binding activity and protein kinase inhibitor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including positive regulation of JNK cascade; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of tubulin deacetylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51562; HGNC ID: HGNC:20427; UniProt: Q9NS73; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016586.3; Chromosome location: 14q13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
