Human MBD3 qPCR Primer Set – methyl-CpG binding domain protein 3
About this gene: DNA methylation is the major modification of eukaryotic genomes and plays an essential role in mammalian development. MBD3 belongs to a family of nuclear proteins which are characterized by the presence of a methyl-CpG binding domain. The MBD3 protein is a subunit of the NuRD, a multisubunit complex containing nucleosome remodeling and histone deacetylase activities.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 53615; HGNC ID: HGNC:6918; UniProt: O95983; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001281453.2; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
