SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ARL8B (ARF like GTPase 8B) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ARL8B qPCR Primer Set – ARF like GTPase 8B
Also known as: ARL10C, Gie1
About this gene: ARL8B enables G protein activity; guanyl ribonucleotide binding activity; and tubulin binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including antigen processing and presentation following phagocytosis; cytosolic transport; and vesicle fusion. Is active in early endosome membrane and lysosomal membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55207; HGNC ID: HGNC:25564; UniProt: Q9NVJ2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018184.3; Chromosome location: 3p26.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
