SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MATN4 (matrilin 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MATN4 qPCR Primer Set – matrilin 4
About this gene: MATN4 belongs to von Willebrand factor A domain-containing protein family. The proteins of this family are thought to be involved in the formation of filamentous networks in the extracellular matrices of various tissues. This family member is believed to be play a role in reorganizing and regenerating the corneal matrix in granular and lattice type I dystrophies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8785; HGNC ID: HGNC:6910; UniProt: O95460; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001393530.1; Chromosome location: 20q13.12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
