About this gene: The MATK protein has amino acid sequence similarity to Csk tyrosine kinase and has the structural features of the CSK subfamily: SRC homology SH2 and SH3 domains, a catalytic domain, a unique N terminus, lack of myristylation signals. The MATK protein is believed to play a significant role in the signal transduction of hematopoietic cells. The MATK gene product is able to phosphorylate and inactivate Src family kinases, and may play an inhibitory role in the control of T-cell proliferation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
