SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAT2B (methionine adenosyltransferase 2 non-catalytic beta subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAT2B qPCR Primer Set – methionine adenosyltransferase 2 non-catalytic beta subunit
Also known as: MAT-II, MATIIbeta, Nbla02999, SDR23E1, TGR
About this gene: The MAT2B protein belongs to the methionine adenosyltransferase family.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27430; HGNC ID: HGNC:6905; UniProt: Q9NZL9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_013283.5; Chromosome location: 5q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
