SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MASTL (microtubule associated serine/threonine kinase like, also called GW) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MASTL qPCR Primer Set – microtubule associated serine/threonine kinase like
Also known as: GREATWALL, GW, GWL, MAST-L, THC2
About this gene: MASTL encodes a microtubule-associated serine/threonine kinase. Mutations at this locus have been linked to autosomal dominant thrombocytopenia, also known as thrombocytopenia-2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84930; HGNC ID: HGNC:19042; UniProt: Q96GX5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001172303.3; Chromosome location: 10p12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
