About this gene: MAS1 encodes a class I seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor. The MAS1 protein is a receptor for angiotensin- and preferentially couples to the Gq protein, activating the phospholipase C signaling pathway. The MAS1 protein may play a role in multiple processes including hypotension, smooth muscle relaxation and cardioprotection by mediating the effects of angiotensin-.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
