SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MARK1 (microtubule affinity regulating kinase 1, also called Par1c) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MARK1 qPCR Primer Set – microtubule affinity regulating kinase 1
Also known as: MARK, Par-1c, Par1c
About this gene: MARK1 enables anion binding activity; magnesium ion binding activity; and tau-protein kinase activity. It is involved in intracellular signal transduction; negative regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition; and protein phosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4139; HGNC ID: HGNC:6896; UniProt: Q9P0L2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018650.5; Chromosome location: 1q41
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
