About this gene: The MAPRE1 protein was first identified by its binding to the APC protein which is often mutated in familial and sporadic forms of colorectal cancer. The MAPRE1 protein localizes to microtubules, especially the growing ends, in interphase cells. During mitosis, the protein is linked to the centrosomes and spindle microtubules.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
