SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAPK9 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 9, also called SAPK1a) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAPK9 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase 9
Also known as: JNK-55, JNK2, JNK2A, JNK2ALPHA, JNK2B, JNK2BETA, PRKM9, SAPK, SAPK1a, p54a, p54aSAPK
About this gene: The MAPK9 protein belongs to the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase targets specific transcription factors, and thus mediates immediate-early gene expression in response to various cell stimuli.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5601; HGNC ID: HGNC:6886; UniProt: P45984; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002752.5; Chromosome location: 5q35.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
