Human MAPK8IP2 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase 8 interacting protein 2
Also known as: IB-2, IB2, JIP2, PRKM8IPL
About this gene: MAPK8IP2 encodes a scaffold protein that is believed to be involved in the regulation of the c-Jun amino-terminal kinase signaling pathway. The MAPK8IP2 protein is reported to interact with and regulate the activity of MAPK8/JNK1 and MAP2K7/MKK7 kinases.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23542; HGNC ID: HGNC:6883; UniProt: Q13387; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012324.6; Chromosome location: 22q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
