SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAPK7 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAPK7 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase 7
Also known as: BMK1, ERK4, ERK5, PRKM7
About this gene: The MAPK7 protein belongs to the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase is specifically activated by mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 5.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5598; HGNC ID: HGNC:6880; UniProt: Q13164; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002749.4; Chromosome location: 17p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
