SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAPK12 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAPK12 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase 12
Also known as: ERK-6, ERK3, ERK6, MAPK 12, P38GAMMA, PRKM12, SAPK-3, SAPK3
About this gene: Activation of members of the mitogen-activated protein kinase family is a major mechanism for transduction of extracellular signals. Stress-activated protein kinases are one subclass of MAP kinases. The MAPK12 protein acts as a signal transducer during differentiation of myoblasts to myotubes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6300; HGNC ID: HGNC:6874; UniProt: P53778; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002969.6; Chromosome location: 22q13.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
