SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAPK10 (mitogen-activated protein kinase 10, also called SAPK1b) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAPK10 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase 10
Also known as: JNK3, JNK3A, PRKM10, SAPK1b, p493F12, p54bSAPK
About this gene: The MAPK10 protein belongs to the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as integration points for multiple biochemical signals, and thus are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes, such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase is specifically expressed in a subset of neurons in the nervous system, and is activated by threonine and tyrosine phosphorylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5602; HGNC ID: HGNC:6872; UniProt: P53779; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_138982.4; Chromosome location: 4q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
