SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAP6D1 (MAP6 domain containing 1, also called SL21) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAP6D1 qPCR Primer Set – MAP6 domain containing 1
Also known as: MAPO6D1, SL21
About this gene: MAP6D1 encodes a protein highly similar to the mouse MAP6 domain containing 1 protein, which is related to the STOP proteins. Based on the study of the mouse protein, the MAP6D1 protein may function as a calmodulin-regulated neuronal protein that binds and stabilizes microtubules but also associates with the Golgi membranes through N-terminal palmitoylation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79929; HGNC ID: HGNC:25753; UniProt: Q9H9H5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024871.4; Chromosome location: 3q27.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
