Human MAP4K4 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 4
Also known as: FLH21957, HEL-S-31, HGK, MEKKK4, NIK
About this gene: The MAP4K4 protein belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family. This kinase is reported to specifically activate MAPK8/JNK. The activation of MAPK8 by this kinase is found to be inhibited by the dominant-negative mutants of MAP3K7/TAK1, MAP2K4/MKK4, and MAP2K7/MKK7.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9448; HGNC ID: HGNC:6866; UniProt: O95819; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001395002.1; Chromosome location: 2q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
