Human MAP3K7 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7
Also known as: CSCF, FMD2, MEKK7, TAK1, TGF1a
About this gene: The MAP3K7 protein belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family. This kinase mediates the signaling transduction induced by TGF beta and morphogenetic protein, and controls a variety of cell functions including transcription regulation and apoptosis. In response to IL-1, this protein forms a kinase complex including TRAF6, MAP3K7P1/TAB1 and MAP3K7P2/TAB2; this complex is required for the activation of nuclear factor kappa B. This kinase can also activate MAPK8/JNK, MAP2K4/MKK4.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6885; HGNC ID: HGNC:6859; UniProt: O43318; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_145331.3; Chromosome location: 6q15
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
