SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAP3K2 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAP3K2 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 2
Also known as: MEKK2, MEKK2B
About this gene: The MAP3K2 protein belongs to serine/threonine protein kinase family. This kinase preferentially activates other kinases involved in the MAP kinase signaling pathway. This kinase is reported to directly phosphorylate and activate Ikappa B kinases, and thus is involved in NF-kappa B signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10746; HGNC ID: HGNC:6854; UniProt: Q9Y2U5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001371910.2; Chromosome location: 2q14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
