SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAP3K11 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 11) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAP3K11 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 11
Also known as: MEKK11, MLK-3, MLK3, PTK1, SPRK
About this gene: The MAP3K11 protein belongs to the serine/threonine kinase family. This kinase contains a SH3 domain and a leucine zipper-basic motif. This kinase preferentially activates MAPK8/JNK kinase, and acts as a positive regulator of JNK signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4296; HGNC ID: HGNC:6850; UniProt: Q16584; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002419.4; Chromosome location: 11q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
