SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAP2K7 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 7, also called SAPKK4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAP2K7 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 7
Also known as: JNKK2, MAPKK7, MEK, MEK 7, MKK7, PRKMK7, SAPKK-4, SAPKK4
About this gene: The MAP2K7 protein is a dual specificity protein kinase that belongs to the MAP kinase kinase family. This kinase specifically activates MAPK8/JNK1 and MAPK9/JNK2, and this kinase itself is phosphorylated and activated by MAP kinase kinase kinases including MAP3K1/MEKK1, MAP3K2/MEKK2,MAP3K3/MEKK5.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5609; HGNC ID: HGNC:6847; UniProt: O14733; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_145185.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
