SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAP2K4 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 4, also called SEK1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAP2K4 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 4
Also known as: JNKK, JNKK1, MAPKK4, MEK4, MKK4, PRKMK4, SAPKK-1, SAPKK1, SEK1, SERK1, SKK1
About this gene: MAP2K4 belongs to the mitogen-activated protein kinase family. Members of this family act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation, and development. They form a three-tiered signaling module composed of MAPKKKs, MAPKKs, and MAPKs.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6416; HGNC ID: HGNC:6844; UniProt: P45985; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003010.4; Chromosome location: 17p12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
