SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAP2K2 (mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAP2K2 qPCR Primer Set – mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase 2
Also known as: CFC4, MAPKK2, MEK2, MKK2, PRKMK2
About this gene: The MAP2K2 protein is a dual specificity protein kinase that belongs to the MAP kinase kinase family. This kinase is known to play a critical role in mitogen growth factor signal transduction. The MAP2K2 gene product phosphorylates and thus activates MAPK1/ERK2 and MAPK2/ERK3.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5605; HGNC ID: HGNC:6842; UniProt: P36507; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030662.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
