Human MAML1 qPCR Primer Set – mastermind like transcriptional coactivator 1
Also known as: Mam-1, Mam1
About this gene: The MAML1 protein is the human homolog of mastermind, a Drosophila protein that is involved in the Notch signaling pathway involved in cell-fate determination. There is in vitro evidence that the human homolog forms a complex with the intracellular portion of human Notch receptors and can increase expression of a Notch-induced gene. This evidence supports its proposed function as a transcriptional co-activator in the Notch signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9794; HGNC ID: HGNC:13632; UniProt: Q92585; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014757.5; Chromosome location: 5q35.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
