SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAL (mal, T cell differentiation protein (MAL blood group)) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAL qPCR Primer Set – mal, T cell differentiation protein (MAL blood group)
Also known as: HLD28, MVP17, VIP17
About this gene: The MAL protein is a highly hydrophobic integral membrane protein belonging to the MAL family of proteolipids. The protein has been localized to the endoplasmic reticulum of T-cells and is a candidate linker protein in T-cell signal transduction. In addition, this proteolipid is localized in compact myelin of cells in the nervous system and has been implicated in myelin biogenesis and/or function.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4118; HGNC ID: HGNC:6817; UniProt: P21145; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002371.4; Chromosome location: 2q11.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
