SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAA30 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 30, NatC catalytic subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NAA30 qPCR Primer Set – N-alpha-acetyltransferase 30, NatC catalytic subunit
Also known as: MAK3P, C14orf35, MAK3, Mak3p, NAT12, NAT12P
About this gene: NAA30 enables protein-N-terminal amino-acid acetyltransferase activity. It is involved in protein stabilization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 122830; HGNC ID: HGNC:19844; UniProt: Q147X3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001011713.3; Chromosome location: 14q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
