SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAA35 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 35, NatC auxiliary subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NAA35 qPCR Primer Set – N-alpha-acetyltransferase 35, NatC auxiliary subunit
Also known as: EGAP, MAK10, MAK10P, bA379P1.1
About this gene: NAA35 is predicted to enable transferase activity. It is involved in negative regulation of apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 60560; HGNC ID: HGNC:24340; UniProt: Q5VZE5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024635.4; Chromosome location: 9q21.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
