About this gene: MAGT1 encodes a ubiquitously expressed magnesium cation transporter protein that localizes to the cell membrane. The MAGT1 protein also associates with N-oligosaccharyl transferase and therefore may have a role in N-glycosylation. Mutations in MAGT1 cause a form of X-linked intellectual disability.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
