About this gene: MFAP5 encodes a 25-kD microfibril-associated glycoprotein which is a component of microfibrils of the extracellular matrix. The MFAP5 protein promotes attachment of cells to microfibrils via alpha-V-beta-3 integrin. Deficiency of MFAP5 in mice leads to neutropenia.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
