SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAGOHB (mago homolog B, exon junction complex subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAGOHB qPCR Primer Set – mago homolog B, exon junction complex subunit
Also known as: MGN2, mago, magoh
About this gene: MAGOHB enables RNA binding activity. It is involved in mRNA splicing, via spliceosome and nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55110; HGNC ID: HGNC:25504; UniProt: Q96A72; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018048.5; Chromosome location: 12p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
