About this gene: MAGEE1 encodes a alpha-dystrobrevin-associated MAGE protein, which belongs to the MAGE family. The protein contains a nuclear localization signal in the N-terminus, 30 12-amino acid repeats beginning at nt 60 with the consensus sequence ASEGPSTSVLPT, and two MAGE domains in the C-terminus. The MAGEE1 gene product may play a signaling role in brain, muscle, and peripheral nerve.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
