SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAFK (MAF bZIP transcription factor K) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAFK qPCR Primer Set – MAF bZIP transcription factor K
Also known as: NFE2U, P18
About this gene: The developmentally regulated expression of the globin genes depends on upstream regulatory elements termed locus control regions. LCRs are linked to powerful enhancer activity that is mediated by the transcription factor NFE2. NFE2 recognition sites are also present in the gene promoters of 2 heme biosynthetic enzymes, porphobilinogen deaminase and ferrochelatase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 7975; HGNC ID: HGNC:6782; UniProt: O60675; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002360.4; Chromosome location: 7p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
