About this gene: The MAFF protein is a basic leucine zipper transcription factor that lacks a transactivation domain. The MAFF protein can also form homodimers, and since it lacks a transactivation domain, the homodimer may act as a repressor of transcription. MAFF may also be involved in the cellular stress response.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
