SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAFB (MAF bZIP transcription factor B, also called Maf-B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAFB qPCR Primer Set – MAF bZIP transcription factor B
Also known as: DURS3, KRML, MCTO
About this gene: The MAFB protein is a basic leucine zipper transcription factor that is important for the regulation of lineage-specific hematopoiesis. The encoded nuclear protein represses ETS1-mediated transcription of erythroid-specific genes in myeloid cells. MAFB contains no introns.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9935; HGNC ID: HGNC:6408; UniProt: Q9Y5Q3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005461.5; Chromosome location: 20q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
