SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ZFYVE9 (zinc finger FYVE-type containing 9, also called NSP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ZFYVE9 qPCR Primer Set – zinc finger FYVE-type containing 9
Also known as: MADHIP, NSP, PPP1R173, SARA, SMADIP
About this gene: ZFYVE9 encodes a double zinc finger motif-containing protein that participates in the transforming growth factor-beta signalling pathway. The ZFYVE9 protein interacts directly with SMAD2 and SMAD3, and recruits SMAD2 to the TGFB receptor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9372; HGNC ID: HGNC:6775; UniProt: O95405; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004799.4; Chromosome location: 1p32.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
