SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MADD (MAP kinase activating death domain, also called RabGEF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MADD qPCR Primer Set – MAP kinase activating death domain
Also known as: DEEAH, DENN, IG20, NEDDISH, RAB3GEP, RabGEF
About this gene: Tumor necrosis factor alpha is a signaling molecule that interacts with one of two receptors on cells targeted for apoptosis. The apoptotic signal is transduced inside these cells by cytoplasmic adaptor proteins. The MADD protein is a death domain-containing adaptor protein that interacts with the death domain of TNF-alpha receptor 1 to activate mitogen-activated protein kinase and propagate the apoptotic signal.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8567; HGNC ID: HGNC:6766; UniProt: Q8WXG6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001376571.1; Chromosome location: 11p11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
