About this gene: The MAD2L1BP protein was identified as a binding protein of the MAD2 mitotic arrest deficient-like 1. MAD2 is a key component of the spindle checkpoint that delays the onset of anaphase until all the kinetochores are attached to the spindle. The MAD2L1BP protein may interact with the spindle checkpoint and coordinate cell cycle events in late mitosis.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
