SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAD2L1 (mitotic arrest deficient 2 like 1, also called HsMAD2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAD2L1 qPCR Primer Set – mitotic arrest deficient 2 like 1
Also known as: HSMAD2, MAD2
About this gene: MAD2L1 is a component of the mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosomes are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. MAD2L1 is related to the MAD2L2 gene located on chromosome 1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4085; HGNC ID: HGNC:6763; UniProt: Q13257; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002358.4; Chromosome location: 4q27
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
