SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MAD1L1 (mitotic arrest deficient 1 like 1, also called hMAD1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MAD1L1 qPCR Primer Set – mitotic arrest deficient 1 like 1
Also known as: MAD1, MVA7, PIG9, TP53I9, TXBP181
About this gene: MAD1L1 is a component of the mitotic spindle-assembly checkpoint that prevents the onset of anaphase until all chromosome are properly aligned at the metaphase plate. MAD1L1 acts as a homodimer and interacts with MAD2L1. MAD1L1 may play a role in cell cycle control and tumor suppression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8379; HGNC ID: HGNC:6762; UniProt: Q9Y6D9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001013836.2; Chromosome location: 7p22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
