About this gene: The NBR1 protein was originally identified as an ovarian tumor antigen monitored in ovarian cancer. The NBR1 protein contains a B-box/coiled-coil motif, which is present in many genes with transformation potential. The NBR1 gene product acts as a specific autophagy receptor for the selective autophagic degradation of peroxisomes by forming intracellular inclusions with ubiquitylated autophagic substrates.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
