SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ENTPD4 (ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 4, also called UDPase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ENTPD4 qPCR Primer Set – ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 4
Also known as: LALP70, LAP70, LYSAL1, NTPDase-4, UDPase
About this gene: ENTPD4 belongs to the apyrase protein family. Apyrases are enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of nucleotide diphosphates and triphosphates in a calcium or magnesium-dependent manner. The ENTPD4 protein is an endo-apyrase and may play a role in salvaging nucleotides from lysosomes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9583; HGNC ID: HGNC:14573; UniProt: Q9Y227; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004901.5; Chromosome location: 8p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
