SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LY6G6E (lymphocyte antigen 6 family member G6E (pseudogene)) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LY6G6E qPCR Primer Set – lymphocyte antigen 6 family member G6E (pseudogene)
Also known as: C6orf22, G6e, LY6G6EP
About this gene: LY6G6E belongs to a cluster of leukocyte antigen-6 genes located in the major histocompatibility complex class III region on chromosome 6. Members of the LY6 superfamily typically contain 70 to 80 amino acids, including 8 to 10 cysteines. Most LY6 proteins are attached to the cell surface by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor that is directly involved in signal transduction.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
