SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LTB4R (leukotriene B4 receptor, also called P2Y7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LTB4R qPCR Primer Set – leukotriene B4 receptor
Also known as: BLT1, BLTR, CMKRL1, GPR16, LTB4R1, LTBR1, P2RY7, P2Y7
About this gene: LTB4R is predicted to enable G protein-coupled peptide receptor activity and leukotriene B4 receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in neuropeptide signaling pathway. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 1241; HGNC ID: HGNC:6713; UniProt: Q15722; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001143919.3; Chromosome location: 14q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
