SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human NAA38 (N-alpha-acetyltransferase 38, NatC auxiliary subunit) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human NAA38 qPCR Primer Set – N-alpha-acetyltransferase 38, NatC auxiliary subunit
Also known as: LSMD1, MAK31, PFAAP2
About this gene: NAA38 is predicted to enable RNA binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of apoptotic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84316; HGNC ID: HGNC:28212; UniProt: Q9BRA0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001320925.4; Chromosome location: 17p13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
