About this gene: LSAMP belongs to the immunoglobulin LAMP, OBCAM and neurotrimin family of proteins. The encoded preproprotein is proteolytically processed to generate a neuronal surface glycoprotein. The LSAMP protein may act as a selective homophilic adhesion molecule during axon guidance and neuronal growth in the developing limbic system.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
