SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LRPAP1 (LDL receptor related protein associated protein 1, also called RAP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human LRPAP1 qPCR Primer Set – LDL receptor related protein associated protein 1
Also known as: A2MRAP, A2RAP, HBP44, MYP23, RAP, alpha-2-MRAP
About this gene: LRPAP1 encodes a protein that interacts with the low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein and facilitates its proper folding and localization by preventing the binding of ligands. Mutations in LRPAP1 have been identified in individuals with myopia 23.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4043; HGNC ID: HGNC:6701; UniProt: P30533; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002337.4; Chromosome location: 4p16.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
