SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human LRP3 (LDL receptor related protein 3, also called hLRp105) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human LRP3 qPCR Primer Set – LDL receptor related protein 3
About this gene: It is involved in negative regulation of fat cell differentiation; positive regulation of osteoblast differentiation; and regulation of gene expression. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 4037; HGNC ID: HGNC:6695; UniProt: O75074; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002333.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
