About this gene: LPP belongs to a subfamily of LIM domain proteins that are characterized by an N-terminal proline-rich region and three C-terminal LIM domains. The LPP protein localizes to the cell periphery in focal adhesions and may be involved in cell-cell adhesion and cell motility. The LPP protein also shuttles through the nucleus and may function as a transcriptional co-activator.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
